Founded in 2004 by a hometown former RE/MAX Broker/Owner and a Huff Commercial agent from Northern KentucOH, David Knock and Dan Young both felt the local real estate industry was in need of change. Since then they have set their goals to do just that and the results have been amazing.

Rather than offer the consumer a one-size-fits-all marketing plan we have something that fits both their needs and budget. From a 7% full blown no-holds-barred plan to a very basic 4% plan for the do-it-your-selfer and everything in between. We even offer flat fee services great for For Sale By Owners (FSBO) and investors. Something for everyone with outstanding customer service backed by our Easy Exit Guarantee.
